Terms of Service
Last update: 13 August 2026
1. Agreement
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Velcio platform and related products and services (the "Service") operated by Velcio LTD ("Velcio LTD", "Velcio", "we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Velcio is a multi-product platform. One account may access more than one product. These Terms, including the product Schedules below, are one agreement. Each Schedule applies when you use the product it describes. If a feature depends on another product (for example a Velcio Marketplace review preview on Velcio Cloud), both Schedules apply for that use.
The Service is used by individuals and businesses. If you use it for business or commercial purposes, you confirm you have authority to bind that business, and consumer protections under UK law (including the Consumer Rights Act 2015) may not apply to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be excluded for consumers where those rights apply.
2. Products on the Velcio platform
The Service currently includes the products below. We may add, rename, limit or discontinue products. Product-site descriptions are informational and do not promise that any feature will remain available.
- Velcio Marketplace: managed handoff marketplace for buyer-funded software projects. Funding, delivery, disputes and payouts are in Schedule A. Review preview and optional post-accept hosting use Velcio Cloud under Schedule B.
- Velcio Cloud: apps, build and deploy, review previews, managed hosting on platform domains such as *.velcio.app, and related runtime tooling. Governed by Schedule B.
- Matz: AI app builder for workspaces, agent runs and related tooling. Governed by Schedule C. Deploy and promote use Velcio Cloud under Schedule B.
We provide tooling and infrastructure. You remain responsible for your content, any project agreements you make, deployed software behaviour and third-party compliance. Agreements outside Velcio are solely between you and the other party.
3. Eligibility and accounts
- You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding contract.
- Authentication is through our identity provider (currently Clerk). You are responsible for your credentials and activity under your account.
- Keep account information accurate, including contact details used for notifications and payouts.
- Where required, a username is a public identifier for assignment and marketplace discovery. Once set it is immutable and cannot be changed or removed through the Service.
- To delete your account, schedule deletion in Account settings (Your data) or email support@velcio.dev from the address on your account. There is a default 30-day grace period (as shown in the Service) during which you may cancel before profile anonymisation and sign-in removal. You cannot finish deletion while you have open Marketplace projects or other blocking obligations shown in the Service.
- You must not use the Service if prohibited under the laws of England and Wales, or under applicable UK, EU or US sanctions or export-control rules, or for industries or activities our payment provider or card networks disallow.
4. Acceptable use, content and moderation
These rules apply across the Service, including any app, preview, workspace output or other workload built, deployed or hosted on Velcio Cloud, whether you entered through Velcio Marketplace, Velcio Cloud, Matz or another Velcio product. You agree not to:
- Use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent or abusive purposes.
- Host, build, deploy or run malware, phishing, credential theft, scams or other illegal activity, or software whose primary purpose is illicit marketing (including bulk unsolicited messaging, spam infrastructure or similar abuse tooling).
- Host, build, deploy or run pornography or other adult sexual content on Velcio infrastructure.
- Use Velcio infrastructure for cryptocurrency mining or similar resource abuse.
- Deploy apps that violate third-party platform terms or that harm users or infrastructure.
- Bypass security, escape isolation, access other users' data or co-tenant workloads, or interfere with workers, build systems, agent runtimes or hosting.
- Reverse engineer or scrape the Service except where permitted by law.
- Post false, harassing or infringing profiles, reviews, proposals, listings, messages, prompts or other user content.
Additional acceptable-use, security or hosting rules linked from the Service as part of your agreement form part of these Terms. We may remove or restrict content, refuse builds or deploys, stop hosted workloads, suspend or terminate access, or take other moderation actions for violations, suspected fraud, lawful requests or risk to the platform or users. Reports are reviewed by Velcio staff and do not guarantee a particular outcome. Blocking other users (where offered) limits certain interactions but does not erase historical project records.
5. Service availability and changes
We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access, builds, agent runs or hosting. Maintenance, outages, third-party failures and events beyond our reasonable control may affect the Service. Except as required by law and subject to Section 9, Velcio is not liable for downtime or delayed deploys from such events.
We may change, limit, suspend or discontinue any part of the Service (features, products, runtimes, limits, regions and integrations) at any time. We do not promise that any particular feature or stack will remain available. Changes that are material to fees, cooling-off, cancellation, ownership handoff, dispute outcomes or limitation of liability follow Section 10. Other product and operational changes may take effect when shown in the Service.
Beta, preview or early-access features may change or end without a material Terms update. We may refuse service or stop a workload for security, abuse, capacity, cost, legal or operational reasons, with or without prior notice in an emergency.
6. Intellectual property
Velcio retains ownership of the Service, branding and platform software. Velcio does not claim ownership of your user content solely because you upload or generate it through the Service, except as needed to operate the Service under the licence below.
Marketplace handoff. Ownership transfer for delivered Marketplace project source code is in Schedule A. Velcio does not claim ownership of that delivered project source code.
User content licence. You grant Velcio a limited licence to host, build, deploy, process, display and otherwise use content you submit (including delivery artifacts, workspace archives, prompts, messages and metadata) solely to operate and improve the Service as described in these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
You represent that you have the rights needed to submit content and grant these licences, and that your content does not knowingly violate applicable law or third-party rights.
7. Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Velcio LTD and its officers, directors and agents from claims, losses, damages and reasonable costs (including legal fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your content, delivery archives, workspace materials or deployed code, (b) your breach of these Terms or of third-party platform or service terms, (c) infringement of intellectual property or other rights in materials you submit, (d) misuse of secrets or credentials, (e) personal data about end users of your deployed app that you cause to be processed through Velcio, or (f) unlawful or abusive use of the Service. This indemnity does not apply to the extent a claim is caused by Velcio's wilful misconduct or where UK law prohibits such an indemnity against a consumer.
8. Disclaimers
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits consumer rights that cannot be excluded or limited under UK law, including under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 where it applies. If you use the Service as a business or for commercial purposes, those consumer protections may not apply to you.
SUBJECT TO THE PREVIOUS PARAGRAPH, THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE UNINTERRUPTED HOSTING, ERROR-FREE BUILDS, ERROR-FREE AGENT OUTPUT OR SPECIFIC WORKER OR WEB APP UPTIME. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE DEVELOPER QUALITY, MATCH OUTCOMES, THAT ANY PARTICULAR PROJECT WILL SUCCEED, OR THAT MATZ WILL PRODUCE CORRECT OR FIT-FOR-PURPOSE CODE.
9. Limitation of liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under UK law (including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud).
SUBJECT TO THE PREVIOUS PARAGRAPH AND TO MANDATORY CONSUMER RIGHTS (WHERE THEY APPLY), VELCIO LTD WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, DATA OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (A) AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO VELCIO LTD FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) ONE HUNDRED POUNDS STERLING (GBP 100).
10. Changes and termination
We may update these Terms. Revised Terms are posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. For material changes (fees, cooling-off, cancellation, ownership handoff, dispute outcomes or limitation of liability), we will give notice in the Service (and by email where appropriate) before they take effect. We may also require re-acceptance before you continue using authenticated features. Continuing to use the Service after that notice (or confirming re-acceptance) means you agree to the updated Terms. If you do not agree, stop using the Service and contact us to close your account. Non-material updates take effect when posted. Product and feature changes under Section 5 are not material Terms changes unless they alter the fee, ownership, dispute or liability subjects listed above.
You may stop using the Service at any time. Account deletion follows Section 3. We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms or if required for legal, security or operational reasons.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law principles. Courts in England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence where applicable.
12. Third-party services
The Service depends on third-party providers, including our payment provider (currently Stripe), identity provider (currently Clerk), optional source-control integrations and model or infrastructure providers used for builds, hosting or Matz. Your use of those providers is also subject to their terms and privacy policies. Velcio is not responsible for third-party outages, account decisions or fees except as these Terms expressly state. We may change providers without amending these Terms, except where a change is material under Section 10.
13. No agency or partnership
Nothing in these Terms creates a partnership, joint venture, employment or agency relationship between you and Velcio, or between buyer and developer through Velcio, except that Velcio acts as marketplace operator for platform payment flows in Schedule A. Developers are independent contractors relative to buyers unless you agree otherwise outside Velcio.
14. Assignment
You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your account without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms or our rights and obligations to an affiliate or in connection with a merger, acquisition, corporate reorganisation or sale of assets.
15. Entire agreement and severability
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, any in-product notices that expressly form part of your agreement for a specific purchase (for example fee rates shown at checkout), and any acceptable-use or hosting rules linked from the Service as part of your agreement, are the entire agreement between you and Velcio LTD regarding the Service and supersede prior agreements on the same subject. If a court finds any provision unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect.
16. Survival
Sections that by their nature should survive termination or account deletion continue to apply, including intellectual property and Marketplace handoff, fees already incurred, indemnity, disclaimers, limitation of liability, governing law and this survival clause.
17. Contact

Schedule A. Velcio Marketplace
This Schedule applies when you use Velcio Marketplace. Review preview and optional post-accept hosting for Marketplace projects are Velcio Cloud services under Schedule B, even when you entered through Marketplace.
A1. What Marketplace provides
Velcio Marketplace is a managed handoff platform for buyer-funded software projects. Buyers fund projects and authorise payment through our payment provider. After a free-cancel cooling-off window (default 24 hours from successful fund authorisation, see Section A4), Velcio captures the payment and work may start. Developers work off-platform, submit delivery artifacts and receive payouts after buyer acceptance or auto-accept.
Buyers may hire developers directly (username or email invite), browse opted-in developer profiles, or post open listings for proposals. Those discovery features do not make Velcio a party to any off-platform freelance contract between buyer and developer.
Velcio is not an escrow or trust and does not decide freelance contract disputes between buyers and developers. Project payments are authorised and captured onto Velcio's platform account as marketplace operator. Funds are not held in trust for either party. Opted-in developer directory profiles and reviews are user content. Velcio does not endorse developers or guarantee assignments or outcomes, and may remove or suspend directory content or accounts that violate these Terms or create risk.
Project files. Buyers and developers may upload reference files and handoff archives for collaboration and dispute evidence. Files are stored by Velcio, scanned for known malware when possible and remain untrusted user content. Velcio does not deploy handoff archives as production artifacts by themselves. You are responsible for how you open or use files downloaded from another party.
A2. Buyer responsibilities
- Create projects, assign or invite developers, post listings, negotiate price and fund projects only when you have authority to do so.
- When you fund a project, your card is authorised for the full agreed price. The free-cancel cooling-off window starts on successful authorisation (when the project becomes funded) and lasts the period shown for that project (default 24 hours). Cancel free during that window. After the window ends without cancel or developer decline, Velcio captures the payment and work may start. Accepting delivery completes handoff and does not charge you again. Refunds and termination fees follow Section A4.
- You own and manage production secrets. Secrets used for Cloud preview or hosting are processed under Schedule B. Velcio does not take ownership of your intellectual property or third-party credentials.
- When you accept a project delivery or an accepted revision, you receive full ownership of the delivered source code and related work product for that project, to the extent the developer had rights to assign. You may download the delivery archive, modify the code and host it outside Velcio.
- Review deployed delivery during the review period and accept or dispute in good faith. You may also open an in-app dispute earlier (after work has started) for non-performance instead of paying a termination fee. Admin response times are operational targets only. If you neither accept nor open a valid dispute before the review deadline (default 7 days), Velcio will automatically accept the delivery: ownership transfers under Section A5, developer payout is scheduled and the free review runtime may stop. Restarting a paused preview does not extend the review deadline. Auto-accept does not run while a dispute is open.
- During review, you may test the live delivery on Velcio Cloud at no extra Marketplace project charge. Preview session caps and related Cloud rules are in Schedule B. See the Pricing page for Marketplace plan limits and related fees.
- Cancel free while the project is a draft, or while it is funded before capture. After capture (including in progress or submitted before review), cancelling charges a termination fee under Section A4. Once in review, use accept or dispute instead of cancellation.
A3. Developer responsibilities
- Do not start work during the buyer's free-cancel cooling-off window (default 24 hours from fund authorisation, as shown on the project). You may decline during that window to release the uncaptured authorisation. After cooling-off ends and payment is captured, deliver as agreed.
- When work starts, Velcio may set a delivery deadline (from listing dates or Service defaults). That is indicative unless the project page says otherwise. Missing it does not automatically cancel payment, but late or non-delivery may support a buyer dispute under Section A4.
- Deliver work off-platform and submit a compliant delivery through Velcio (ZIP upload or connected source-control snapshot). You represent that you have the rights to deliver the submitted code and that it does not knowingly violate applicable law or third-party terms.
- When a buyer accepts your delivery, you assign full ownership of that delivered source code and related work product to the buyer, to the extent you have rights to assign. You retain no right to reuse that code for other clients or projects unless the buyer agrees separately in writing outside Velcio.
- Complete payment-provider connected-account onboarding before receiving payouts. Payouts are available only where our payment provider supports connected accounts for your account. Timing and holds follow Section A4. Velcio transfers your net share (agreed price minus platform fee) to your connected balance. The payment provider may charge its own fees on bank payout. Tax forms and identity checks are handled by the payment provider under its terms.
- Do not attempt to access buyer production secrets unless explicitly permitted by the buyer in the Service.
- If you opt into the developer marketplace or submit proposals, public profile fields and proposal content must be accurate and not misleading.
- Disputes and remediation. If Velcio issues remediation terms on an open dispute, you may accept them within the accept window (default 7 days) to resume work at the prior stage. If you do not accept in time, Velcio may remove you: delivery, upload, log and messaging controls may be frozen while older discussion and files remain readable as evidence. After removal, Velcio may refund the buyer and cancel the project, or take over delivery, as described in Section A4. Completing handoff under admin takeover does not schedule a developer transfer for that project amount. Velcio retains the captured project payment on the platform. You remain listed as the assigned developer for record-keeping until access is revoked at handoff.
A4. Payments, fees, disputes and revisions
Unless stated otherwise, time periods and fee percentages in this Schedule are Velcio defaults. Values shown in the Service at the time of the action (checkout, cancel or project page) control for that action. Changes apply to new checkouts and new projects only, unless law requires otherwise.
- Platform fee. Project payments are processed by our payment provider (currently Stripe). Velcio may charge a platform fee on captured project payments. The rate shown at checkout for that payment controls. We will give notice in the Service before a changed rate applies to new checkouts.
- You must not circumvent Velcio fees by arranging payment outside the Service for the same project that was created, assigned, listed or proposed through Velcio Marketplace, except where we expressly permit it in writing.
- Cooling-off and capture. Payments are authorised in full at checkout (manual-capture hold onto the Velcio platform account). That hold is not escrow or trust. Free-cancel cooling-off starts on successful authorisation and ends at the capture time shown for the project (default 24 hours), or earlier if you cancel or the developer declines. After the window, Velcio captures the payment and work may start. Accept or auto-accept completes handoff and schedules developer payout without charging the project price again. Free cancel during cooling-off releases the uncaptured authorisation (subject to payment-provider processing times).
- Termination after capture. If you cancel after capture and before review starts (including in progress or submitted), Velcio retains a termination fee of 25% of the agreed project price (default, as shown at cancel time) and refunds the remainder. That 25% is on the total agreed price, not after card processing fees. Velcio retains its ordinary platform fee percentage on that termination fee. The rest is paid to the developer subject to payout holds. Projects in review cannot be cancelled this way. Use accept or dispute.
- Payment-provider processing fees on refunds. When Velcio refunds a captured project payment (remainder after a termination fee, buyer-win dispute, or a legacy already-captured fund), you receive a refund of the charged project amount under those rules. The payment provider generally does not return its processing fee on a captured charge to Velcio. Free cancel during cooling-off releases an uncaptured hold and does not incur that capture-time processing fee. Admin-takeover handoff that retains the project amount on Velcio is not a buyer refund. Chargebacks remain separate.
- Optional hosting after accept is billed under Schedule B, not as a Marketplace project payment line. See the Pricing page.
- Communications. We send transactional emails needed to operate your account and projects. Some categories can be limited in Account settings. Optional product-updates and marketing email are sent only if you opt in, and you may withdraw consent in Account settings. See our Privacy Policy.
- In-app project disputes. Buyers may open a dispute after work has started (during in_progress or submitted, for example non-performance instead of a termination fee) and during review when delivery is unsatisfactory. An open dispute pauses handoff and developer payout and may keep a managed preview running under the Cloud continuous session cap in Schedule B.
- Dispute resolution. Resolution is by buyer/developer agreement or by Velcio admin in Velcio's reasonable discretion based on dispute and project evidence. Outcomes may include closing the dispute to resume work, resolving for the buyer (refund and cancel), releasing to the developer (handoff and scheduled payout, typically for review-originated disputes), issuing remediation terms with a time-limited accept window (default 7 days), removing the developer after that window (access frozen, older messages and files remain readable), and admin takeover, under which Velcio may deliver and complete handoff while retaining the full captured project amount (no developer transfer). Buyer accept of a running takeover delivery has the same payment effect. Velcio is not an escrow or trust agent and does not arbitrate the underlying freelance contract. Admin decisions on in-app disputes are final for the platform payment flow. They do not decide ownership disputes outside the Service or replace court or consumer remedies where those apply.
- Card-network chargebacks. Bank or card-network disputes after the project payment was charged are separate from in-app disputes. They follow payment-provider and card-network rules and may trigger payout holds, transfer reversals or admin follow-up. Where permitted by law, you remain responsible for chargeback fees and related losses attributable to your use of the Service. Repeated or abusive chargebacks may lead to suspension.
- Developer payouts. Earnings are paid through connected accounts only where available. The platform fee is the rate shown at checkout for that payment. The payment provider may also charge connected-account or bank payout fees outside Velcio's platform fee. Velcio may delay, withhold, set off or reverse payouts where reasonably needed for disputes, chargebacks, fraud, remediation, fee circumvention or legal compliance.
- Revisions. Buyers may fund paid revision jobs on completed projects. Revision payments are charged in full at fund (upfront capture) with no free-cancel cooling-off. Refunds follow the rules for captured payments in this Schedule. On buyer accept of a revision delivery, ownership of the updated code transfers on the same terms as the original handoff. The developer may not reuse that revision work elsewhere without separate buyer consent.
A5. Intellectual property handoff
When a buyer accepts a project delivery through Marketplace (including by auto-accept under Section A2, by admin release to the developer after an in-app dispute, or by buyer accept / admin complete under admin takeover), the buyer receives full ownership of the delivered source code and related work product, to the extent the developer (or Velcio acting under takeover) had rights to assign. The developer assigns those rights as of acceptance and retains no licence to use, copy, distribute or sublicence that delivered code for other clients or projects unless the buyer agrees separately in writing outside Velcio. Under admin takeover, Velcio may supply delivery artifacts solely to complete the Service. Ownership still transfers to the buyer on handoff.
Work submitted and accepted under a funded revision job is treated the same way: upon buyer acceptance, the buyer owns the resulting code and the developer's assignment rights for that revision delivery end.
Schedule B. Velcio Cloud
This Schedule applies when you use Velcio Cloud, including apps you create directly in Cloud, Marketplace review previews and optional hosting on Cloud, and deploy or promote flows from Matz that use Cloud.
B1. What Cloud provides
Velcio Cloud provides tooling to build, deploy, preview and host applications on Velcio infrastructure. Supported project types, platforms, runtimes, build options, delivery methods, limits and integrations are those we offer from time to time. Descriptions in the Service are informational and do not promise that any option will remain available.
Customer web apps may be served on platform hostnames such as *.velcio.app (and related forever aliases or custom hostnames where offered). You must not misrepresent those hostnames as independent of Velcio, and you remain responsible for content and behaviour of apps you deploy.
B2. Apps, build, deploy and review previews
- You may create and manage Cloud apps, trigger builds and deploys, and operate hosted workloads subject to plan limits shown in the Service.
- Review previews (including Marketplace-originated verification and buyer review deploys) run on Cloud. Each continuous preview session is time-capped (default 120 minutes, as shown in the Service). When the cap is reached the runtime pauses. You may restart preview where allowed. Confirming delivery into Marketplace buyer review starts a fresh buyer review window under Schedule A. The session cap remains a Cloud runtime rule.
- Developer verification deploys before Marketplace review use the same continuous session cap. Restarting a paused preview does not by itself extend Marketplace review deadlines.
B3. Untrusted code, secrets and hosted workloads
Untrusted code. Delivery archives, workspace artifacts and dependency install steps run on Velcio build and hosting infrastructure. Submitted code is treated as untrusted. You are responsible for what that code does once built or deployed. Except as required by law and subject to Section 9, Velcio is not liable for harm caused by submitted or deployed code, including supply-chain behaviour during builds. We may refuse, pause, throttle or stop builds, deploys or running workloads for security, abuse, capacity, cost, legal or operational reasons, with or without prior notice in an emergency.
Secrets. You own and manage production secrets. Velcio may store secrets encrypted for deployment but does not take ownership of your intellectual property or third-party credentials. Do not attempt to access another party's secrets unless expressly permitted in the Service.
Hosting acceptable use. Every workload on Velcio Cloud (including Marketplace review previews and post-accept hosting, apps created in Cloud, and deploy or promote flows from Matz) must comply with Section 4 and any additional Cloud hosting rules linked from the Service. That includes no illegal activity, phishing or scams, malware, pornography or adult sexual content, cryptocurrency mining, illicit marketing or spam infrastructure, or attempts to escape isolation. We may refuse, pause or stop any such workload without prior notice where needed to protect the platform or other users.
B4. Hosting subscriptions and billing
- Optional hosting subscriptions are billed separately through our payment provider on a recurring basis for self-serve plans. Trial terms, plan limits and cancellation behaviour are on our Pricing page and in the product UI (including Velcio Cloud). Higher compute tiers may not be available as self-serve checkout.
- When a hosting subscription ends, is cancelled, or becomes past due beyond the payment grace period shown in the Service (default 3 days), Velcio may stop the managed deployment (including public preview URLs where applicable). Unused subscription time is generally non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated otherwise.
- Delivery archives and encrypted secrets may be retained under our Privacy Policy and operational needs. Stopping hosting does not by itself delete your account or project history.
Schedule C. Matz
This Schedule applies when you use Matz. Preview, deploy and promote of Matz apps use Velcio Cloud under Schedule B.
C1. What Matz provides
Matz is an AI agent product that helps you create and iterate on application workspaces through chat, clarifying questions, tooling and related automation. Outputs may include generated or edited source files, plans, grades and preview links. Agent output is provided without guarantee of correctness, completeness or fitness for a particular purpose (see Section 8).
You may connect source-control accounts (for example GitHub) where offered. Sync to external repositories is best-effort. Velcio does not guarantee that every local workspace change will be mirrored remotely, or that remote history will match the workspace after cancel, revert or failure.
C2. Workspaces and agent runs
- A Matz project has a workspace that stores code and related artifacts for agent work. Multiple threads on a project may share the same workspace.
- An agent run is one invocation of the agent on a project. Usage, credits, included allowances, pay-as-you-go consent and plan limits are shown in the Service (including on Matz) and control billing for that run.
- You are responsible for prompts, decisions and content you provide to the agent, and for reviewing generated code before you rely on it in production.
C3. Cancel, revert and billing
- Cancelling an active agent run stops further agent work on that run. Where a pre-run workspace snapshot was taken, cancel may revert the workspace to that snapshot. Revert is best-effort. If restore fails, the Service may leave the workspace blocked until a retry succeeds or the snapshot is abandoned under operational rules.
- Billing for agent runs, subscriptions, credit packs and any included Cloud hosting slot follows the rates and controls shown in the Service at purchase or use. Cancelling a Matz plan may stop included hosting and forfeit unused credits as shown in the product UI.
C4. Deploy and promote via Cloud
Preview deploys and promote/publish flows from Matz create or update Cloud apps on Velcio Cloud. Those workloads, domains, secrets, hosting subscriptions and acceptable-use rules are governed by Schedule B. Hosting admin and billing for promoted apps may be managed in Velcio Cloud.
